What We Do

Dance & Movement

Using movement as a form of energy release, exercise, and  communication, while simultaneously getting a healthy release of the 4  ‘happy brain chemicals’ (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Endorphin & Serotonin).

Drama & Emotional Regulation

By using the creativity of drama and acting, we allow for communication  that permits disassociation of one’s core self while still permitting others access to information. In other words, we teach emotional regulating,  social understanding, and communication, through the art of acting and  drama. 

Art & Mindfulness

The brain is like every muscle, the more you train it, the stronger it gets.  Mindfulness art is a technique we use to help train the brain and mind to  become more present. It helps the increase of focus, self-control, and  attention while also reducing anxiety and stress levels.

Music & Song Writing

Music is the universal language that allows us to communicate feelings  and information that mere words may not be able to. We support and  allow the exploration of communication, emotional release, and artistic  development through the arts of music (writing, singing, playing etc).

Poetry & Free Writing

Free writing is the art of following one’s impulse of the mind and allowing  thoughts, feelings, and inspiration to flow without premeditation or  interruption. This then allows one to take an ‘outside’ look at their own  mind – therefore increasing understanding of one’s current mental state. We also teach and support a more structural form of creative and  expressive writing e.g., poetry and spoken word.

Mentoring & Mental Health Support

Additionally, with a masters in Mental Health & Psychological Therapies  and over 6 years of experience, we provide general mental health  support and mentoring sessions to children and young people.
